CASAC - Community Action and Support Against Crime
Welcome to CASAC

CASAC is dedicated to reducing crime and the fear of crime.

For over 10 years, we have been working with local people, the Police and other statutory agencies to improve community safety.

A lot of our work tackles some of the root causes of crime and our charitable work has included projects tackling weapons crime, prostitution, anti-social behaviour and substance misuse.

CASAC-Leeds is an established social enterprise, which means that we have values and passion for social justice at the heart of everything that we do. We are driven by these values and will continue to strive towards achieving a situation where every individual can live their life free of the fear of crime and in safer communities.

Working with the public...In Partnership:

NE Leeds Area Management has worked in partnership with CASAC-Leeds for the past two years to deliver CASAC Burglary Reduction services to residents most in need of improved security to their homes.

"Almost 200 properties were provided with additional security, funded by Inner NE Leeds Councillors. Residents who have received a service have reported back to Area Management that they have been very pleased both with the work carried out and with the quality of trades people employed by CASAC who are always courteous and clean up any mess their work creates. The success of the partnership working has led to further funds being awarded by the Councillors to continue this work across the area."
