My work involves taking details of the jobs requested by my customers and then passing them on to the most appropriate tradespeople on our Check Point register. It is important for me to be continuously enthusiastic when dealing with people over the phone and also to ensure that I record my information correctly. Previously, I worked for the Civil Service.
When I am not assisting clients to improve their homes I spend a lot of time running errands for my mum. I enjoy Karaoke, entertaining, singing, telling jokes and doing impersonations. I have even written a few songs, including two for CASAC-Leeds! I like to play pool, snooker and darts, socialise with my friends and do charity work.
