My role involves communicating directly with customers and finding out what type of work they need doing to their home. I then find them the relevant and appropriately approved trades person who then will go out and provide a quote.
I used to be a manager in the property department for a national retailer, and now enjoy working with vulnerable older adults, helping them to have peace of mind in their home.
