I am responsible for receiving and recording referrals from burglary victims, vulnerable people and our paying clients. I spend a lot of time dealing with people on the telephone, which means that I need to be empathetic and understanding. I always make sure that my clients are clear about when they have an appointment booked and try to be flexible with times. I previously worked at a Women's Training Centre.

When I am not booking security assessments for my clients I enjoy shopping, socialising and reading.
